It has been a long while since last I posted. It doesn't mean I haven't done my kettlebell training since my last post, it just means I broke away from blogging entirely most of 2014 (latter half). In December I started blogging on my main blog again and it feels good to be back. I am finally feeling better after being sick for the better part of a month and a half. I had pneumonia and just finished my antibiotics for that a couple weeks ago. I had almost forgotten what it feels like to feel good and to have energy!
Monday, I did my first kettlebell workout since November. I did 500 swings using my 12kg, 14kg, 16kg, 18kg and 24kg. I was a sweaty mess by the time it was over but it felt great. I did 30 seconds on to 30 seconds rest.
I'm sore tonight, that's for sure - but it feels great. Last week I thought I might have to go back to the doctor as my inner ear has been giving me troubles and I have been crashing (fatigue) early and needing a lot of sleep. My ears are still not 100 percent ache free but this week I don't feel sick and I'm not drained as I was.
I'm watching my caloric intake again and eating smart. Here's to 2015 and to regaining my strength and momentum!
