A Good Day
Today was a good day. It's quite chilly out but the sun is hanging around a tad bit longer each and every day.
Yesterday I shoveled the driveway and sidewalk which took just over thirty minutes. We got about two inches of snow earlier in the day Wednesday. My nose was numb by the time I came back inside. I call it refreshing!
I dropped three pounds since Monday which makes me very happy.
Today I focused on kettlebell swings:
*700 swings total
two-handed swings: 20 reps x 30 sets = 500 swings w/12kg
one-arm swings: 10R 10L x 10 sets (20 reps x 10 sets)= 200 swings w/12kg
*30 minutes walking
Food wise, I'm doing well. No complaints there this week.
If you have questions about kettlebell training, check out Tracy Reifkind's site. There is a ton of information about kettlebells, recipes, food, etc... on there.
