Tracy(me) & Tracy Reifkind doing snatch intervals
at Diana's house.
Since then, I've been adding them into my workouts - slowly but surely. Today, I did my most snatches yet. It's nothing to brag about, I know that. But for me, it's a sign of progress. It's liberating. There's something incredibly freeing and powerful about snatching a kettlebell. You are using your body to thrust a cast iron bell into the air above your head. There's no midway here. There's no second guessing or hesitation. You just do it. You do it with intention.
It might sound silly but there is something wonderful about that feeling.
I'm feeling better than I have in such a long time. I am growing stronger each day and it feels freaking awesome.
