1st set 24kg

This was the first time I did an entire set with the 24kg by itself. It felt good. I stayed tight. Was very happy with this.
My 12kg competition bell arrived and I did some more swings with it - nothing I counted but I probably did close to 50 swings with it just fooling around getting a feel for it. Snatching with it will take some work as I need to get used to the size of the bell and the handle. It will come.
We went up north for the weekend to see my mom so I brought the bell up to show her. I was good and allowed a rest day on Saturday. Today though, I did 410 swings at my mom's and then another 100 swings when we got back home.
You'll note I do a lot of 1 handed swings. I love them. I enjoy them more than 2 handed swings.
1st set
a mix of 1hd, 2hd, and transfers
straight swinging for 2.5 minutes = 100 swings
2nd set
straight swinging (no rest) 2.5 minutes = 100 swings
1 hd swings
40 swings right hand
40 swings left hand
10 swings right
10 swings left
3rd set
Breathing ladders
1-10-10-1
1 swing 1 breath
2 swings 2 breaths
all the way up to 10
Repeat 10 and then back down
110 swings total
4th set
straight swings no rest = 100 swings

This week I start training in earnest. I can't wait to see how I progress.
PLUS, I am super excited because the fantastic Diana is coming up this week! Yay! *happy dance
