"It ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!" ~Rocky Balboa

Swing Fun

Enjoying the beautiful day

Today was beautiful. The sun was out, there was a light blanket of snow on the ground and the sky was clear and blue. The temperature was around 16 degrees but it felt a lot warmer than that. All these negative temperature days can do that to you!

My six-year-daughter and I went out to our sidewalk and had some fun doing some kettlebell swings. She has a little five pound bell she uses. I love her enthusiasm for kettlebells and look forward to seeing how she progresses as she gets older - if she sticks with it.

This evening I did another workout of more swings and some presses.

Outside this morning:
12kg snatches
10 snatches right
10 snatches left
total: 20 snatches

12kg swings
eight sets of 10  2hd = 80 swings
